We utilize Lithium Niobate,a synthetic crystal known for its extraordinary electro-optic properties.

Each nanocrystal 20-100 microns is surface functionalised with recombinant Neuroligin-1(NLGN1) proteins. The NLGN1 ligand provides high-affinity binding to presynaptic neurexins, ensuring the transponders dock permanently within the Synaptic Cleft. A polyethylene Glycol (PEG) layer is applied for immune-system passivation

The crystals require no internal batteries or power sources.They are “queried” by an external infrared beam from the Cranial Microport,making them safe for permanent integration.(The Pockels Effect) when a neuron fires, it creates a tiny electrical field.The Crystals reacts instantly to this field by changing its refractive index.

Graphene Nano Ribbons

Integrated into the distal facet of the port is an array of 100 000 – 210,000,000 ballistic graphene nanofibers. Individual filaments have a diameter of 5-20nm,enabling non-traumatic navigation of the interstitial space.
Graphene is the most thermally conductive material known. GNRs help dissipate the microscopic amounts of heat generated during high-speed data transfers, keeping your brain at a perfectly stable temperature.

In the treatment of Alzheimer’s and Cancer, GNRs are our “targeted delivery vehicles.” Their high surface area allows us to attach specific therapeutic molecules that can be activated by light (from the Photonic Bridge) to destroy tumor cells or clear amyloid plaques with surgical precision

GRIN lense & Microport

To focus the interrogation laser precisely into the 100 000 – 210 millions nanofibers, an integrated 3.5mm beam Gradient-Index (GRIN) Lens is utilized.The lens is characterized by a radial refractive index distribution to ensure sub-wavelength.

We using Zirconia as structure of our 5mm- 20mm Microport because is non-conductive and “bio-inert,” meaning the bone naturally grows around it (osseointegration) without inflammation. It is also transparent to certain frequencies of light, which is crucial for our photonic transmission.The housing features self-tapping micro-threads designed for permanent osseointegration into the Cranial Bone.

Photonic Optical Bridge

The Aeterna Photonic Bridge is the high-speed data umbilical cord of the system. It is the physical link that carries 100 000-210 million ( 10-21000 physical cores ) individual streams of thought (covered by Fused Silica shroud) between the Passive Relay Helmet and the RUI processing unit.

Unlike standard cables that “mix” data, the Aeterna Bridge preserves spatial parity. Each of the 100 000 – 210 million fibers corresponds to a specific geographic point in your brain. This ensures that the RUI knows exactly where each thought is coming from without needing to digitally sort the signal, eliminating latency The bridge consists of a multi-channel optical fiber array .While a standard high-end internet cable handles 1–10 Gb/s, our bridge operates at 8,400 Gb/s. This is the necessary “bandwidth of consciousness,” allowing for the simultaneous transmission of every sensory and cognitive firing pattern in the human cortex.
